    • How long have you been in business? Pretty Dolla$ Brand was created and founded by Dannesha Johnson in 2019 originally operated as Custom Clothing only and in 2021 she decided why not a full-blown Clothing Brand/Boutique. Custom clothing is still being offered upon request. 

    • What makes you different from your competitors? Pretty Dolla$ Brand is Really for the people no matter shape size or color. Pretty Dolla$ Brand is built on the people's choice. Polls are put out very often on clothing and product you would like to see in our store.

    • From where do you operate? Pretty Dolla$ Brand is a Los Angeles based Brand shipping from Los Angeles and Las Vegas areas.

  • Returns

    • Do you accept returns/exchanges over and above what customers are entitled to by law (i.e., a replacement/repair for a minor fault or refund for a major fault)? Although Refunds are not normally considered Returns at fault or wrong sizes are defiantly accepted. Please inquire with reason for return. Refunds are credited as store credit in form of a discount code that will be emailed.

    • Do you allow refunds for a change of mind? If so, how long do customers have to contact you? Please inquire with reason for returns within 15 days of receiving your item(s)

  • Shipping

    • To where do you ship? How long does it take you to process an order before it is dispatched? Pretty Dolla$ Brand ships anywhere, packages usually go out the same day. If it shows in stock, we truly have the item(s) in stock and ready to ship.

    • Where are your packages shipped from? Los Angeles & Las Vegas area

    • Do you ship packages internationally? Yes

    • How do you price your postage? There is a standard shipping rate of $6, for orders over $150 shipping is free within the US. Please check rates on USPS.com for international shipping

    • Tracking: USPS

      • What does “In-transit” mean for tracking?

        • “In-transit” means that we have dispatched the goods to your postal office, and that they are travelling to the destination postal dispatch center or post office, where a local driver or delivery person will be picking them up.

      • What does “No Events Found” mean for Post tracking?

        • This is normal and some packages show nothing on the tracking number lookup until they get to the destination post office or postal center near the delivery point. Many Parcels Post Plus and even Express Packages going outside the Post delivery network will show as “No Events Found” until the day they are going to be delivered. The

    • What payment methods do you accept? We currently accept Credit, Debit cards and Apple Pay and now SEZZLE

    • Do you offer loyalty points or reward points, gift certificates, etc.? Yes, please subscribe to stay up to date on promotional offers
